As the war in Ukraine enters a new and potentially decisive phase, please join Yorktown Institute and Romania’s New Strategy Center on Wednesday, June 21 from 12 until 2:30 pm for “Where We Are: The War in Ukraine and the Black Sea,” a conference on the current state of the conflict, its strategic focus on control of the Black Sea, and its effects on NATO’s regional members.
