Oana Țoiu, Member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies.

Grassroot movements and progressive ideas have had a huge impact on elections, not only in the 2020 U.S. presidential election but also in Europe. In the U.S., progressive ideas have emerged as a powerful force within the Democratic party. But will they have a lasting effect?
