Performance Lab: Chamber Music at Noon Series with Irina Mureșanu and Emil Chudnovsky

The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library – Central Library invites you on Thursday, January 5 at 12 noon to its Performance Lab: Chamber Music at Noon Series featuring two renowned violinists: Irina Mureșanu and Emil Chudnovsky. The event will take place in the Auditorium of the Library located at 901 G Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20001. This is a free event.

The “Performance Lab: Chamber Music at Noon” is a monthly series of chamber music concerts curated by Vasily Popov and Ralitza Patcheva. Each program features different musicians and includes background discussions about the works being performed.

This concert features two renowned violinists: Irina Mureșanu and Emil Chudnovsky. Irina Mureșanu, internationally acclaimed musician, recording artist, pedagogue, and scholar, performs in the US and abroad as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician. Emil Chudnovsky is internationally praised for his performances as a soloist and chamber musician, his innovative music projects, recordings, and broadcasts. The program will include music by de Beriot, Bartok, Enescu and Ysaye.
